'Coats for Kids' campaign underway

As winter nears, it's time again for the annual "Coats for Kids" drive.

Blackburn Radio Marketing Director Aaron Zimmer said donations of all winter wear will be accepted until Tuesday, November 6.

"What we're looking for is winter outwear," said Zimmer. "Not just for kids, but also for adults and teens. Jackets, touques, scarves, mitts and boots, anything to help keep somebody warm over the winter."

Zimmer said distribution will be Thursday, November 8 at the Dante Club on London Road from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Donations can be made at various sites including Sarnia Goodwill locations, Lambton Mall and at Blackburn Radio. Click here for a full list of drop-off locations.
