Sarnia police arrest suspect in serious assault

A man was arrested Sunday in connection with what Sarnia police say was a serious early morning assault.

News of the arrest of Colin Parlette, 37, came about 30 minutes after police had issued an alert via Twitter.

Further information about the alleged incident that occurred at around 4 a.m. in the 200 block of Mitton Street between Wellington Street and Talfourd Street was not immediately available.
