Petrolia firefighters responded to a single vehicle crash in the area of Centre Street and Discovery Line at mid-morning.
A white truck was found in a ditch, facing oncoming traffic.
Lambton Emergency Medical Services also responded.
The condition of the person was not immediately known.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
