Sarnia Police searching for hit-and-run driver

Sarnia Police are investigating a hit-and-run collision that involved a single motor vehicle and a pedestrian.

At around 2:30 Wednesday morning the vehicle struck the pedestrian and left the scene in the area of Wiltshire Dr. and Ashby Cres.

The pedestrian was transported to Bluewater Health with minor injuries.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
