Couple responsible for cuddle cot fundraiser has last local baby of 2018

A Sarnia couple who turned the loss of their newborn into a community fundraiser in January 2017 has had another baby.

Jenny and Bobby Redman welcomed Rose Nora Joy Redman into the world on New Year's Eve, the last baby born at Bluewater Health in 2018.

The Redmans' baby Bowie passed away during unforeseen complications during childbirth in 2017.

Their fundraising campaign raised enough funds to purchase two new cuddle cots for Bluewater Health, which allows parents faced with a loss a little more time.
