Seth Daniel Moore, 19, was last seen on Friday, January 4 and was reported missing on Thursday.
The Sarnia Police Service announced Monday afternoon that Moore had been located and is safe.
Sarnia police are thanking the public for its assistance in this matter.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
