Legionnaires edge Lincolns in OT

Aaron Jamieson scored 37 seconds into overtime to lift the Sarnia Legionnaires (18-12-2-5) to a 2-1 victory over the St. Marys Lincolns (9-25-3-2) in GOJHL hockey action at the Brock St. Barn Thursday.

Ben Schoch opened the scoring for the Legionnaires midway through the opening period on a wrist shot from the point. Isaac McLean and Matt Stoia each picked up an assist on the play.

The Lincolns tied the game in the second period on a goal from Carson McMillan.

Jamieson's OT winner came on a scramble play in front of the net as he was able to tuck it in past the goalie.
