Sarnia police Cst. John Sottosanti said officers closed the westbound lanes of Exmouth Street near Indian Road before 3 p.m.
Police described the injuries as non-life threatening.
Witness reports indicated a school bus was involved.
Motorists were being advised to avoid the area until the scene was cleared.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
