Midwifery Services of Lambton Kent is settling into its new home at 350 Christina Street North.
The Sarnia clinic opened in January after moving from its previous location on Michigan Avenue.
Partner and Registered Midwife Lindsay Ottens said the number of expectant mothers using their services continues to rise.
"We needed more space, was our biggest factor, and we wanted to be central and accessible close to downtown and close to the hospital," said Ottens. "Over the years, each year we seem to be increasing and our services are in demand."
Ottens said the new location has a larger waiting room, three clinic rooms with room to expand in the future.
There are eight midwives operating out of the office, serving all of Sarnia-Lambton.
About 16 per cent of the babies born locally last year were delivered by a midwife.
