City police, fire and Lambton EMS responded to the intersection of Brock and and Davis streets around 2 p.m. Bluewater Power crews also attended after a traffic pole was struck and damaged. The investigation is ongoing.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
The city said road, water and sewer work is starting to get underway, marking another year of aggressive investment into infrastructure renewal.
