Sarnia Fire and Rescue responded to the Pot of Gold Medicals and Edibles site on St. Clair Parkway at around 2:30 a.m.
No injuries are reported.
The cause of the blaze is undetermined, and no damage estimate has been provided.
Four Sarnia streets made the CAA's regional Worst Roads list this year. The only road outside of Sarnia to make the top five was Windsor's Riverside Drive East.
The city said road, water and sewer work is starting to get underway, marking another year of aggressive investment into infrastructure renewal.
