Magic coming to Imperial Theatre this summer

Imperial Theatre Sarnia is hoping for another sellout.

Executive Director Brian Austin Jr. said they've rescheduled the previously cancelled concert with Magic.

The Canadian band was forced to cancel its October 5, 2018 performance after the lead singer, Nasri Atweh, suffered a vocal cord injury.

"We didn't know quickly we were going to be able to reschedule, so we refunded everybody so it's first come, first serve," said Austin.

Tickets for the rescheduled show August 28, 2019 go on sale Friday, May 10 at 9 a.m. online and at 11 a.m. at the box office.

Austin said the announcement is the first of many as they get set to unveil their summer concert series.
