Officers responded at around 11:15 a.m. to the area of Mitton Street and Essex Street to investigate reports of a deceased male.
A body was found at the back of a building.
A coroner attended and determined there was nothing suspicious about the death of the 22-year-old man.
Police say no further details will be released.
