OPP seeking witnesses to indecent act

Lambton OPP are looking for witnesses to an indecent act that happened on Canada Day in Grand Bend.

Police were called to the splash pad on Government Road around 3:45 p.m. for reports of a man acting inappropriately.

A 22-year-old Waterloo man is charged with indecent exposure to a person under 16, and committing an indecent act in a public place.

The accused will appear in Sarnia court at a later date.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call Lambton OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
