Photos of grocery store shoplifting suspect released

Sarnia police have released surveillance photos of a man wanted in connection with a shoplifting incident at a local grocery store.

Police say it happened around 7:30 p.m. on July 24 at the store in the 600 block of Murphy Road.

The man has black hair, a goatee, and a tattoo on his forearm.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
