Driver charged in head on crash

One driver is charged after a head on crash late Sunday night in Enniskillen Township.

Lambton OPP and Petrolia and North Enniskillen Fire Department responded to a collision just after 10:30 p.m. on Discovery Line and Marthaville Road.

Police said upon speaking with one of the drivers it was determined they were impaired.

A 42-year-old Sarnia woman is charged with impaired driving and scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

OPP said no serious injuries were reported in the collision.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
