Police said they seized a total of 16.5 grams of cocaine on the men, with a street value of $1,650, and $1,255 in cash.
A 31-year-old man is charged with trafficking cocaine, and a 29-year-old is charged with possessing cocaine.
They were in custody awaiting bail hearings. Police have not released their names.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
