UPDATE: Sarnia police dealing with missing person reports

Sarnia police are being kept busy with missing person reports.

11-year-old chronic runaway Leia Cooper was found again Wednesday after being reported missing since 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Sarnia police issued another public alert Wednesday afternoon for 15-year-old Krislyn Rogers who was last seen at 10 p.m. Tuesday near the 100 block of Tashmoo Avenue.

She was found safely on Thursday morning.

Also Wednesday afternoon Sarnia police issued a missing person alert for 51-year-old Luigi Legghio who last seen on Friday, August 9 walking north from a residence on Mayfair Drive in Sarnia.

Family and police were concerned for his wellbeing, however, he has since been located and is safe.

Anyone with information about any missing person is asked to contact police.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
