Lambton OPP Headquarters in Petrolia. Lambton OPP have identified a pedestrian killed early Thursday morning on Oil Heritage Road in Dawn-Euphemia Township. In a news release Friday police said their investigation revealed that the pedestrian was struck by a transport truck while walking northbound, north of Edys Mills Line after midnight. The victim has been identified as Tommie-Lynn Cooper, 21, of Sarnia. Police said no charges will be laid.
