Sarnia police arrested a woman Tuesday evening after a witness reported watching a stumbling female get into a vehicle and start driving in circles in an upper floor parking lot downtown.

Police were called just after 7:30 p.m. to George Street and Christina Street.

The woman was allegedly drinking a beer at the time and officers arrived to find her passed out behind the wheel with an open beer in the cup holder.
