Windsor man arrested on Petrolia Line Wednesday

Lambton OPP have arrested a 27-year old Windsor man after investigating a suspicious person call in the 18-hundred block of Petrolia Line Wednesday afternoon.

The man had entered a residence and after being confronted by the owner fled into a nearby field where he was apprehended with the aid of the West Region Canine Unit.

Jordan McConnell faces several charges including theft of a motor vehicle, break and enter and possession of methamphetamine.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
