Gallery in Grove makes Faethorne donation

Accessibility improvements are planned at Gallery in the Grove.

The gallery's volunteer board has donated $25,000 to the City of Sarnia for the development of a lift and creation of expanded space at the Faethorne House at Wildwood Park.

In a news release, board chair Kirsten Kilner Holmes said they've been working toward the project for the last 20 years. The gallery also shares its programming space with the library on the main floor.

Gallery in the Grove will mark its 40th anniversary in 2020.
