Seaway Kiwanis Club delivers Christmas gift to charitable groups

The Seaway Kiwanis Club delivered a $14,000 gift to local charitable groups this Christmas.

Gifts of $3,500 each were given to four agencies for their family Christmas funds: The Inn of the Good Shepherd, St. Vincent de Paul, the Salvation Army, and the Circles organization.

The funds were donated by the club for Christmas gifts for local children and families.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
