The Sarnia Sting lost 8-2 to the Flint Firebirds in OHL play Wednesday at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
Cody Morgan had four assists for the Firebirds, Jack Wismer potted a pair of goals, and Evgeniy Oksentyuk had a goal and two assists.
Connor Roberts, Emmet Pierce, Jake Durham, Braeden Kressler, Riley Piercey, also scored for Flint.
Theo Hill and Sean Josling scored the Sting goals, and Ashton Reesor had two helpers.
The Sting's next game is on Friday night in Kitchener before hosting Sault St. Marie on Sunday.
