Mike Weir is off to a solid start on the PGA Tour Champions.
The Bright's Grove lefty cracked the top ten in the Seniors Players Championship, his first major on the tour since joining when he turned 50 in May.
Through just two events he's 48th on the money list, having earned nearly $85,000.
Weir teed off Wednesday afternoon in his third start, the 54-hole Charles Schwab Series at Bass Pro Shops’ Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri. It's the first of two events, the second taking place from August 24-26.
