"Upon arriving on scene the fire crews had a primarily exterior fire," said Swift. "It began in a small area next to the building and spread to the outside of the building and awning area. The damage is estimated at, mainly to the exterior, but most likely under $100,000."

Swift said they've been able to pinpoint the origin of the fire, but the exact cause of the blaze is still under investigation.

Everyone was able to make it out of the building safely.
