Motorcycle rider airlifted to hospital after multi-vehicle crash

One person has been seriously injured following a three-vehicle crash in St. Clair Township.

The Ontario Provincial Police said on Thursday shortly before 5:25 p.m., a motorcycle, a pickup truck and a passenger vehicle all collided at the intersection of Brigden Road and Moore Line.

An ORNGE ambulance airlifted a passenger from the motorcycle to hospital with serious injuries. The drivers of all three vehicles suffered non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospital by Lambton County EMS.

The intersection of Brigden Road and Moore Line was closed until about 1 a.m. on Friday while police conducted an investigation.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
