OPP identify homicide victim

Lambton OPP have released the name of a homicide victim following an incident at Kettle and Stony Point First Nation on Sunday.

Police said Jonathan Shawkence, 25, was pronounced dead at an unspecified location, which led to an extensive search for an "armed and dangerous" suspect.

Evan Wolfe, 26, of Kettle and Stony Point, was arrested on Monday in Amherstburg.

He's been charged with first degree murder and was being held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Police said the investigation continues under the supervision of the Criminal Investigation Branch.
