Indecent exposure charge against Sarnia teacher withdrawn

A charge of indecent exposure against a Sarnia high school teacher has been withdrawn.

Timothy Molyneaux was charged in February following allegations the 60-year-old Great Lakes Secondary School teacher had committed an indecent act during an online class earlier that month.

The charge has since been withdrawn by the Crown for lack of reasonable prospect of conviction.

The Lambton Kent District School Board said it was conducting an internal investigation.
