Corunna woman wins Dream Home Lottery grand prize (AUDIO)

A Corunna woman is the grand prize winner of this year's Bluewater Health Foundation Dream Home Lottery.

The draw for the Petrolia home, valued at over $500,000, was held virtually Friday morning and Jen Verwey had the winning ticket.

Bluewater Health Foundation Executive Director Kathy Alexander said funds from this year's lottery will be shared with the Petrolia CEEH Foundation.

"Almost 16,000 tickets were sold this year, a record breaking number," said Alexander. "We're so grateful and so thankful and please know that every ticket purchased supports priority projects at Bluewater Health Sarnia and Petrolia locations. This community is incredible and generous and we're so thankful to all of you."

Listen to Kathy Alexander give Jen Verwey the great news.
