New COVID cases up 10 Thursday, active count down two

Lambton Public Health reported 10 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday.

In its daily update the health unit said that since the start of the pandemic, there's been 3,227 confirmed cases.

The number of cases considered resolved increased by 12 to 3,095, lowering the active case count by two to 76.

There's been no change to the number of active workplace and institutional outbreaks, which stands at four.

There are 11 COVID-positive patients at Bluewater Health, up one over the last 24 hours.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
