COVID caseload up two in SL

Sarnia-Lambton's health unit reported two new cases of COVID-19 Sunday morning.

Lambton Public Health has now reported 3,523 confirmed cases, including 61 COVID-related deaths, during the pandemic.

The number of resolved cases increased by five and now sits at 3,426.

Active cases are at 36, down three over the past 24 hours, and active outbreaks are still at 0.

Bluewater Health is reporting four COVID-positive patients in hospital, unchanged from Saturday.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
