Dumpster fires set on Queen Street

Sarnia first responders were called to a pair of dumpster fires on Queen Street early Wednesday morning.

Cst. John Sottosanti said the fires were set within 10 minutes of each other in the 100 block of the roadway, and that everything was contained and there was no damage outside the dumpsters.

A police K9 unit was brought in to search the area before 2:30 a.m., but no suspects were located.
