Sarnia-Lambton Liberals nominate federal election candidate

The Sarnia-Lambton Federal Liberal Association has selected its candidate for the next election.

Lambton College professor Lois Nantais was selected in a virtual vote Monday night, defeating Sarnia councillor George Vandenberg for the nomination.

Incumbent Marilyn Gladu was acclaimed in January and will run again when the writ is dropped.  The Conservative MP was elected to a second term in October 2019.

Adam Kilner will represent the NDP and Brian Everaert is running for the People's Party of Canada.

Local Green members have yet to declare their candidate.
