Another arrest made in homicide investigation

A third person has been arrested and charged in the murder of Oyebode Oyenuga.

Oyenuga was reported missing to the Windsor Police Service in February 2021. On March 17, his body was found on Walpole Island.

The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police and the Windsor Police Service arrested Saccaara Johnson, 28, of Windsor on Thursday. The accused is charged with first degree murder.

Two others, Rolf Rodley Agard and Dwayne Jahton Blair were arrested earlier this month and have also been charged with first degree murder in connection to the homicide.

None of the charges have been proven in court.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
