Body pulled from water at Grand Bend Beach

Lambton OPP say foul play is not suspected in the death of an Exeter man pulled from the water at Grand Bend Beach.

Emergency personal responded to calls of an unresponsive person in the water at around 9:30 p.m. Monday.  Lambton EMS rushed the man to hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

The man has been identified as 45-year-old Ri Jin.

OPP are asking anyone with information about the event to give them a call at 1-888-310-1122 or *OPP (677).

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
