Sarnia police investigating two break and enters on Lakeshore Road

Sarnia police are searching for suspects after a pair of break and enters that happened on October 4 on Lakeshore Road.

The first one occurred in the 2000 block sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Sarnia police are looking to recover numerous items that were reported stolen, including:

· A Nintendo Switch with red and blue joy cons in a grey duffel bag. This Nintendo Switch was in a yellow Pikachu case with the games Breath of the Wild, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, and Splatoon 2 in the case

· Prescription medication

· Four to five Leatherman tools

· A 440 Squadron watch with a picture of a red bat on the strap of the watch

· Approximately $1,000 in currency from Barbados, St. Lucia and the Grand Cayman Islands

· Solid gold collectible coins

· Approximately 10 wrist watches

· A wooden Refined Fool coin

· A white gold wedding ring with three golden knots with diamond inserts within each of the knots. The words written in Gaelic on the ring

· A black Signet ring with several black diamonds around it

· A number of silver dollars

· Starbucks gift cards

Police said the second theft happened in the 1600 block of Lakeshore Road, sometime between 12:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.

Items taken include:

· various pieces of jewelry (example, a ring with a “M” on it, a necklace that looks has a locket that looks like a leaf, pearl earrings)

· JBL headphones

· Beats headphones

It's unknown whether the two break and enters are related.
