Wallaceburg break in suspect nabbed in St. Clair Twp.

Lambton OPP arrested a suspect following a break and enter in the Wallaceburg area.

Officers were notified by Chatham-Kent police at around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

During the break and enter, keys to a vehicle were obtained and the vehicle was taken.

The OPP found the vehicle on Indian Creek Road in St. Clair Township. It's alleged the driver tried to flee on foot but was taken into custody.

The driver of the vehicle was turned over to Chatham-Kent police and is facing charges.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
