Lambton OPP said the snow clearing equipment struck the Mandaumin Road overpass on the highway before 6 p.m.
Pictures show the vehicle jammed under the overpass with its tires several feet above the road.
Police closed the eastbound on-ramp while crews attended to remove the vehicle. The on-ramp was reopened at 11:25 p.m.
There were no injuries or charges reported.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
