Victim shot with BB gun in Point Edward

Lambton OPP are looking for a suspect vehicle allegedly involved in a BB gun shooting in Point Edward.

At around 8:15 p.m., police were called to an establishment on Michigan Avenue, after a victim was struck by a projectile from a BB or Airsoft type gun, and sustained a minor injury.

Police said it's believed the weapon was fired from a moving vehicle, described as a silver minivan, possibly a Dodge caravan.

The vehicle was last seen travelling north on Albert Street.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
