Lambton OPP recover over $400K worth of stolen property

Lambton OPP recovered over $400,000 worth of stolen property through multiple investigations conducted last month.

Items recovered include eight trailers, three pickup trucks, two snow plows, a tractor and a skid steer.  Police are still looking to find the rightful owners of a few items but said much of the property was able to be returned.

Police said no charges have been laid in relation to the thefts and investigations are ongoing.  OPP will provide updates to the public when they become available.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
