Minor injuries following crash

Only minor injuries were reported following a violent two-vehicle crash in Enniskillen Township Thursday afternoon.

Police, fire and EMS responded to Lasalle Line and Mandaumin Road before 2 p.m. to find one vehicle on its side and another partially submerged in a creek.

Lambton OPP Cst. Jamie Bydeley said one driver was taken to hospital as a precaution and a 31-year-old from Oil Springs was charged with careless driving.

The area reopened at around 2:50 p.m.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
