Officers had asked for help to locate Faith Baker to check on her wellbeing after she was last seen early Wednesday in the area of Massey Crescent.
Baker had also been reported missing on Tuesday, but was located safely shortly after.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
