Sarnia police said the two vehicle collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. resulting in significant property damage.
Bluewater Power also attended the scene to replace downed hydro lines.
Sarnia police closed Blackwell Road to all traffic between Modeland Road and Metcalfe Drive until the scene was cleared.
The cause of the collision was still under investigation.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
