Second suspect arrested in Chute homicide

Lambton OPP have arrested a second suspect in connection with a homicide in Enniskillen Township.

Police said James Armstrong, 43, of Sarnia was arrested on Tuesday, May 31 in connection with the shooting death of Andrew Chute in April.

Armstrong is charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

The body of the 45-year-old Sarnia man was found in a rural parking lot on Marthaville Road on April 14. Police said Chute died as a result of a gunshot wound, in what they believe to be a targeted incident.
