'Big Squeeze' big success

Residents across Sarnia-Lambton cooled off from the heat Wednesday with a cold glass of lemonade.

The second annual 'Big Squeeze' in support of the local Big Brothers Big Sisters branch raised about $16,500.

Best Lemonade was awarded to J.D. Lawn Service and MacFarlane Chevrolet Buick GMC raised the most money, $2,000.

A total of 34 businesses participated in the competition.

Money raised will support the agency's youth mentoring programs.
