Sarnia police said charges are not anticipated.
Emergency crews were at the scene and were expected to clear the area once an official with the City of Sarnia confirmed the integrity of the building.
The blaze broke out on Saturday, just after 2:30 a.m., at a home at 2871 Oil Springs Line.
