UPDATE: Sarnia woman reported missing to police

The Sarnia Police Service's Criminal Investigation Branch has taken over an investigation into the disappearance of a 47-year-old Sarnia woman.

Police are concerned for the welfare of Christine Adamson, who was last seen on Saturday, October 1. She was reported missing Wednesday night.

Adamson is described as being approximately 4’ 10”, weighing approximately 129 pounds, with short spiky hair and hazel eyes. She also has a large tattoo on her chest, tribal tattoos on both of her arms, tattoos on her fingers, and a flower tattoo behind one of her ears.

Police said she was last seen in the area of Roger Street.

Anyone with information regarding Adamson's whereabouts is asked to call city police at 519-344-8861 extension 0.
