Return of Brigden Fall Fair a big success

There was a steady stream of people walking through the gates at the Brigden Fall Fair.

Spokesperson Dennis Robinson said 44,723 people attended the fair over the Thanksgiving long weekend.

He said feedback about the new layout for the fair was positive and attendees seemed to enjoy themselves.

The Brigden Fall Fair was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Planning is already underway for next year's event themed 'Aprons and Overalls'.

The annual Fall Demolition Derby is on Saturday at 1 p.m.

Registration is on from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
