Ambulance transporting patients crashes

Lambton OPP say an ambulance crashed on Tuesday, October 18 while transporting the victims of another crash to hospital.

The initial three-vehicle collision happened at around 1:30 p.m. on London Line at Forest Road. Three people suffered minor injuries.

While the ambulance was en route to the hospital, it collided with another vehicle at London Line and Oil Heritage Road. OPP said the crash was minor and both vehicles remained drivable.

Further details, including charges, were not immediately available.
